I celebrate the unique character of materials and processes, finding beauty in their natural variations rather than forcing flawless forms. I’ve always been intrigued by the beauty and resilience found in nature—particularly marine environments and the pearls it delivers. I also draw inspiration from the language of historical jewelry, like posy rings, which hold deep personal meaning and carry stories across time. In my work, I embrace nature’s "perfect imperfection.” Each piece reflects the natural variation and strength that comes with time and use, allowing them to tell their own story.
With a background in architecture, design, and education, I’ve always valued context, creativity, and social responsibility, and I apply these principles to my work. I’m committed to using sustainable and ethical materials and processes because I believe quality design should never come at the expense of the planet or community. I also believe that craftsmanship should be accessible, which is why I work in limited production runs and maintain a curated collection. This helps streamline production and reduce waste. I use recycled sterling silver and gold, along with sustainably and ethically sourced materials, to ensure each piece aligns with my commitment to sustainability.
